Do you offer a consultation before services?
Yes, I offer a free 30-minute consultation call where we review what you’re seeking from therapy, my background and philosophy, and policies. This gives us an opportunity to determine if we're a good match for your treatment.

What is your fee for therapy services?
My current rate is $150 per therapeutic hour. I recognize how cost may be a barrier to services. In such cases, I have an open discussion with clients to try to determine a rate that works for the both of us. Fees are rendered at the end of each session.

Do you take insurance?
I do not take health insurance for services. However, I do offer super bills to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance company to inquire if your coverage honors super bills, what the reimbursement rate is, and what their process entails.

How long are sessions and how often do we meet?
I hold 60-minute sessions and typically meet weekly, especially with new clients. As therapy progresses, we can work together to determine if it would be beneficial to adjust the frequency of sessions.

What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept cash, all major credit cards, Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Amount (FSA) cards.
